This article is an experiment. This article is titled "No idea", but it is really about the evolution of an idea in the internet as an idea evolving medium. This article presented in hypertext form, as it happens in rough and temporary form. Maybe it wil be a finished article some day. Maybe not. This article is an experiment. We'll see what happens.
Think of a new idea. Think of a problem.
Think of a solution.
Now ask yourself: What are the chances that someone out
there, has already thought of that same idea. And better yet,
what are the chances that somewhere out there has improved on your idea
and solved your problems and created a website and discussion group about
your idea.
This self published web article is to document the process of the evolution of an idea. The discoveries made day to day, email to email will be followed and presented, as they happen, along the internet trail. I sense that there is some kind of collective consciousness out there but I'm not sure of it's existence. Most ideas already exist. Including this one no doubt. The idea of "no idea" as the name of something is an idea that has already been thought of no doubt and someone out there is already thinking of the idea that you are thinking of too. What are you thinking of right now?
What am I thinking? I am is a filmmaker trying to make a living from my own experimental films, without much luck. While trying to put together this web site to just simply promote a 3 minute experimental film, "Primiti Too Taa, I have been drawn in by how people seek and find things on the internet. The internet itself is like a film medium, for an audience of seekers. The log file of how people got to this site, I find is really incredible and totally cool. Key search words used to get to this domaine.
