Committee to Buy Imax
When a brand is flattened...
In the days following these web pages being 'put' on the internet there were many suspicious 'put' orders on American Airlines.  The flattening of a brand is suddenly serious.  American Airlines stock fell 39% creating $5,00,000 profit for the 'put' orders.  The committee to buy Imax is serious too.  More serious now.  Imax stock has fallen 98% this past year on it's own.  We love large format and want to see big beautiful movies while the theatres are still open.

With grief wrapped in the american flag like some kind of product,
and with Imax at less than a Big Mac-a-share, with 'imminent war' headlined on the business pages, against some ephemeral internal / external target

Yes it is time to buy,
                                 ....so many are unemployed.

Yes it's time to trade,
.                               .....border crossing is constrained.

Yes it is time to build,
                                  ...the committee starts with nothing.
Assets:
200 IMX.TO shares on the table,
.......(we bought at $5 we held at $10 and want to buy again at $1).
......The Imax debt to bond holders is 300-450 million?
